Inefficient and Fragmented Repair Service
I mapped out key individuals and groups like the front end users, internal teams (AR developers, marketing), and external ones (retailers, payment gateways, regulators) based on their proximity and influence on the app.

To emphasize with the different stakeholders and figure out what the goals are and what all the processes need to the orchestrated to pull this service together

The backend manages AI-powered diagnostics, technician matching, and real-time status updates, ensuring accurate and efficient task allocation.


Users can input their appliance issue, receive an AI generated diagnosis and cost estimate, and instantly book a verified technician.


AI Problem Diagnosis
The platform uses AI to analyze photos, product information and description of issue to accurately diagnose the issue. and offers a list of most probable errors sorted by most likeliness .

Product Collection
Users can add products that they own to their product collection page and link their warranty documents to quickly search for fixes and link logged repair details about the product. The product page would show its details and specifications, warranty details as well as previous repair logs.

Contact a Professional
Incase of the issue being too complex for an average user to solve the app recommends booking an appointment with a professional. The user is taken to the available professionals screen for the users closest tool library. This shows the available employees biometric and contact details and skill level. The price of the servicing is calculated based on the professional’s skill level.
